Until 15 October 2026, Standard and Classic users in the UK and EU can order the Luxon Pay Mastercard without the usual €20 fee, and standard delivery is free. The card lets your players spend winnings straight from the wallet, without moving the money to a bank first.
The offer covers users who haven't ordered a card yet. Players who qualify have already been notified via email, and they order the card in the Luxon Pay app. The card in question is a Mastercard linked to the player's Luxon Pay balance. Cashing out a poker, sportsbook or casino win to Luxon Pay carries no Luxon fee, though the operator may charge its own. The player can then pay with the card in shops and online, at home or abroad (an ATM withdrawal costs 1%).
One thing your players should know before the card arrives: it only spends from one currency balance. That's EUR for EU residents and GBP for UK residents, and the balance has to cover the full amount. So winnings held in USD or another currency need exchanging first, which costs 2% on Standard and 1% on Classic.
